Cooking Class with great local chefs
One of the ways to fully live the soul of the city; an experience that allows you to fully immerse into the Venetian tradition and into the very fiber of its society, through its inhabitants, its scents, its tastes and local customs.
Great chefs, chosen for each occasion, will open the doors of their private homes and/or their restaurants to demonstrate and prepare together with you traditional dishes from the lagoon, all the while telling you about ancient wisdoms and flavours and involving all of your senses in a fascinating experience.
At the end of this performance all of the prepared foods can be tasted, always accompanied by great wine..

)– which obviously precedes the kitchen and which allows you to have a complete overview from the garden to the plate..
These meetings can be organized for lunch or dinner, and are always adapted to the client’s personal preferences. Minimum two persons..
